Is your crochet 100% handmade and how long does it take to make?

Yes!  Definitely! It takes me weeks to make all my handmade items. 

all done by crochet.  My crochet items are one of a kind with attention to detail.

Do you accept returns and exchanges? No Unfortunately due to COVID 19 and all our items are handmade we do not accept returns and exchanges on our handmade products.  We take photos of all our orders before they are shipped . For further information please see our shipping & returns page.

Do you ship worldwide? No we currently only ship within Australia only using Australia Post.

How are my handmade goodies packaged? All handmade items that you purchase from Crochetables by Mandy is packaged like a gift so you wouldn't have to worry about packaging. 

Our boxes are 100% recyclable.

Do you do wholesale orders?  We do not do wholesale orders anymore.

​

Do you offer pick up on orders? Yes we do at our market locations we offer pick up on your orders however payment needs to be made before any order is made.

Does my order come with tracking ? Yes all order will have a tracking number that will be emailed to you when order is ready to be shipped.

Do you have an actual store? No we currently have an online store or we trade at the local markets.
